Completed sales in this period

Operational POS figures, not posted accounting revenue. Financial statements remain in Accounting.

VERIFIED SALES RECORDS

POS reports

Sales, refunds and payments from saved receipts. Company and cashier access apply to every result.

Refunds reduce sales on their payout date. Historical product categories and checkout-user IDs were not always recorded; legacy groups use saved details. Amounts are operational POS figures; approved postings remain in Accounting.

CASHIER CONTROL

Shifts & refunds

Open your drawer, record sales, count cash and close. A different POS Admin reviews closing counts and approves refund requests.

Open a shift

Opening the first shift activates required shifts on this terminal for future payments. One cashier owns each open drawer.

Drawer history

Expected cash = opening cash + cash sales − cash refunds + paid in − paid out. GCash and card do not enter the drawer. Confirmed paid-in/out movements are included in expected cash.

Refund queue

Request a full or partial refund from Orders. Approval does not send money. Record payout only after returning the approved amount through its original payment allocation. Stock and ingredients are not restored automatically.

Branches & POS terminals

Terminal codes are assigned once across all ERP companies. Inactive codes remain reserved.

Stock is separate by branch. Receive purchases into a branch or use Inventory → Stock Adjustments → Branch stock & transfers. Payment setup remains company-wide.

Payments & tax

Map each payment to its receiving or clearing account. Leave a method blank to disable it.

Use your company's applicable rate; zero means no tax. Tax credits account 2200. GCash/card references record externally received payments.

Menu selection

Choose products to sell here. Finished items deduct directly; non-stock drinks can use a recipe. Item Master must have Sales enabled, a positive sales price and a valid income account. Serial/batch items are not supported at checkout.

Customer details

These fields record customer identification only. Selecting a category does not apply a statutory discount or VAT exemption. The current discount and tax rules remain in use.

You can hold an order with incomplete details. Special customer types need a name and ID number before payment; PWD also needs the internal disability record.

Receipt printer

Set up this POS computer once. Receipt format is saved per company and terminal in this browser.

The browser print dialog chooses the actual printer. Match its paper size, use 100% scale and turn off headers and footers. Thermal profiles use the driver's roll size with no page margins.

Using a different Windows computer?

Run the supplied POS/scan-printers.ps1 on that cashier computer:

powershell -NoProfile -ExecutionPolicy Bypass -File .\scan-printers.ps1 -OutputPath .\pos-printers.json

Import pos-printers.json above. This reads installed drivers without changing them. Printer names and paper settings do not confirm that the device is online. USB, network and Bluetooth printers must be installed in Windows first.
